Unto my loving wife Elizabeth all my land and plantation whereon I now live excepting one parcell of wood land that lyeth on the uper and westermost side of a branch called the Middle Branch which I appoint to be sold by my executors and the production thereof shall goe to pay all my debts. The remainder my loving wife Elizabeth Brown do hold dureing her naturall life and after her death if my son Daniel Brown is alive, he enjoy the land and plantation dureing his naturall life and after his death the land to descend to Ann Brown the daughter of Daniel Brown, and for want of issue to descend to her sister Elizabeth Brown and for want of issue to the children of my son Daniel Brown and Elizabeth his wife. If my son Daniel dye before his mother Elizabeth, then his present wife doe possess the land and plantation untill my grand daughter Ann Browne do attain to the age of eighteen years or day of marriage.
Unto my granddaughter Anne Brown daughter to my son Daniel Brown one feather bed and bolster with rugg and blanketts, curtain and vallens all new, four cows, six new pewter dishes, one iron pot when she shall attain to the age of eighteen years or on the day of her marriage.
Unto my loving wife Elizabeth one Negro man Jack during her naturall life and after her decease to my son Daniel Brown, but if the said Negro should be alive at the death of my son Daniel Brown then my granddaughter Anne doe possess the Negro.
All the rest of my personal estate unto my loving wife Elizabeth Brown, whom I appoint with my son Daniel Brown executor and executrix.

I ffrancis Brown senior in the parish of South ffarnham in the County of Rapp being very sick and weake of body butt of perfect sense and memory doe make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme ffolowing I give and bequeath my souk unto Al-mighty God that gave it me with a sure and certayne hope of a joy-full Resurrection through the merits of my Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body unto my mother the earth to be decently interred and for my worldly Estate in manner and form following after my just and Lawfall debts are satisfied.
I give and bequeath unto my son ffrancis Brown after mine and my Loving wife Elizabeth decease all that necke of Land Lying on the north side of my devident of Land I now live on bounded as followeth that is to say strayt away through and mild field from the Run of the deviling branch the mill road which goes to my son Daniel goes over & for a small branch neare my ould dwelling house called by the name of the spring branch which sayd Land I give and bequeath unto my said son ffrancis to him and his heirs forever.
