Biography

Fulk FitzWarin (d. 1250) married secondly to Clarice de Auberville, daughter and heiress of Robert de Auberville of Iden and Iham, Sussex (a great-grandson of Ranulf de Glanvill) by his wife Clarice de Gestling.[32][33][34]

The progeny from this second marriage appears to have been a single surviving daughter:

1. Mabel FitzWarin (−1297), who married 1stly William de Crevequer (no issue), and 2ndly John de Tregoz, Lord Tregoz (d. before 6 Sept 1300), by whom she had two daughters and coheirs, Clarice and Sybil[28][31]

Fulk married secondly to Clarice de Auberville, daughter and heiress of Robert de Auberville of Iden and Iham, Sussex (a great-grandson of Ranulf de Glanvill) by his wife Clarice de Gestling.[2]

"Fouke" married "dame Clarice de Auberville" after the death of his first wife.[3]

Fulk FitzWarin and Clarice his wife (“Fulco fil Warini et Claric ux eius”), are recorded in a lawsuit c. Oct 1250, in Kent, England.[4]

"dame Clarice" died and was buried ("a la Novele Abbeye"), one year before the death of her husband.[5]
