I thought that was a different Frieda Kamm - as she died in Chicago. Emil is our Frieda's brother.
We don't have anything that tells us that our Frieda Kamm Bloom divorced Herbert and married her brother, Emil.

I am following on all autosomal DNA matches based on Freida Kamm.

What makes you think that is the same as the Helen Winer you are talking about?

I found Rollins cousin from my wife and Leslie via GedMatch (Related to Madsen and Rollins at Safford, Arizona)

There are at least 2 Stephen Blooms with DNA results on Ancestry. Does the one with whom you share 10cM have a tree?

The Stephen Bloom who is my mother's 3rd cousin 1x removed* shares 34cM with her (17cM, per Ancestry's weighting for endogamy) in 4 segments, the longest of which is 10cM. (That's pretty small.) Ancestry claims that about 22% of the time people who share 17cM are in the range of 3rd cousins 1x removed.

* Through Stephen's father Melvin Bloom > Melvin's mother Sylvia Colitz Bloom > her father Julius Colitz > his father Isaac Colitz > Isaac's sister Sarah Rivka Colitz Gibberman, who is my mom's great-grandmother.

The only "Mitchell Siegel" who shows up in my mom's results on Ancestry is the son of Wallace Siegel and Dorothy Goldstein.
