Pahlavi dynasty originally in the region of Balkh or Baktra ,might have been named of Pa-Lawa-Ha son of E'al-Lawa-Yer-Ge-Wan-Newa son of A-Neg-Ra-Rawa-Ha ,identical with Arsak of Parthia , son of Shammar-Gawa son of Ashak-Ken-Newa-Ha ,who is Eskender of Rum ,that is Alexander of Makedonia .
Arsak ruling 56 years in Parthia seems to be identical with Hierón doing so 56 years in Sikelia , what might have been the Easter Island,who occupied Hiero-Solyma on the Holy Land of America in about 274 BC with his army from Aigypt and Mauria / Média ,as well as from other parts of the Asian Skythia . His son folowing him in Sikelia's government for a short time was Gelón ,identifyable with Pa-Lawa-Ha's
father mentioned above .
Palawan,Palau and Palawa in the Pacific Ocean might all have been named and colonised by the latter and his people as he wandered through these places towards Asia . The base of his power there in Parthia might have been Gela people ,now called Ingush ,whose language uses words from the Andean region ,like for example 'khi,kuchma,ts'inan,yelh' and possibly more .
Gela itself in Sikelia was founded by settlers from Akraga ,who might have been the Akkra-Ga kinship now living also in West Africa .
