My map places them near each other, but is not sufficiently minute to show whether they adjoin. In Wentworth, at the time of the Conquest, A. He had Hugh, who died in the year 1200. Hugh had a son William, who called himself William Wyntwood, of Wyntwood. He married Emma, the daughter and heir of William Wodehous de Wodehous: and, from that time, they were called Wentworth, of Wentworth Woodhouse. .... _____________________
