This memorial is created in the hope that others who see it may provide additional information and documentation to confirm the relationship of Vincent to his ancestors. Much of the information leading to the creation of this memorial is circumstantial since many of the records of King and Queen County, Virginia prior to the Civil War were destroyed during the war.
