http://mayflowerhistory.com/brewster-mary/
Mary came to Plymouth on the Mayflower in 1620 with husband William, and her two youngest children Love and Wrestling. Mary was one of only five adult women to survive the first winter, and one of only four women to survive to the so-called "First Thanksgiving" in 1621. Son Jonathan Brewster joined the family in November 1621, arriving at Plymouth on the ship Fortune. Daughters Patience and Fear came on the ship Anne in 1623.
Disputed Origins
[Note that Mary's last name has never been irrevocably proved and often appears incorrectly} Among possible names have been Mary Wentworth, Mary Stubbe (NEHGR 128:289, Supplement to Torrey, Sanborn, p. 24).
The quest for the identity of Mary, the wife of William Brewster, has attracted the attention of many genealogists, but as yet without a definitive result. For some time she had been thought to be Mary Wentworth, daughter of Thomas Wentworth of Scrooby, and in 1965 John G. Hunt presented his case in favor of this identity, but this claim was rejected by Rubincam and others, and Hunt himself has now given up this position. He has, however, published a pamphlet claiming that she was a certain Mary Wyrrall, based on the appearance in a will of a bequest to "Mary Butho," which Hunt took to be a variant of Brewster resulting from a speech defect in the person dictating the will [John G. Hunt, Of Mary Brewster: The Identity of Mary, Wife of Elder William BREWSTER of the Mayflower Voyage of 1620 from Plymouth, England, to New Plymouth, New England. Eugene A. Stratton reviewed this volume negatively in 1985, to which Hunt responded with a supplement to his pamphlet.
The maiden surname of Mary, wife of Elder Brewster, remains unknown.
(Hunt has published other articles on various aspects of William Brewster's life which, as with all of Hunt's work, need to be used with caution: "Master Williamson' of the Mayflower;" "The Mother of Elder William Brewster of the Mayflower;" "Mary Stubbe - A Connection of Elder William Brewster?")
Disputed children
A number of other children have been proposed for William Brewster. Jacobus in 1936 disposed of the claimed connections between William Brewster of Plymouth and Francis Brewster of New Haven and his son Nathaniel. Mary Walton Ferris proposes a son Edward.

Supporting data Sometime before 1593, in England, William Brewster married Mary "Mayflower" Wentworth, daughter of Thomas Wentworth, Esquire (1522–1574), and Grace Gascoigne (1532–1574).[20][21][22][23][24] She was born in Scrooby, Nottinghamshire, England in 1569. She 'dyed at Plymouth, Massachusetts on 17 April 1627.' (Brewster Book).* Bradford says that, though she died ' long before' her husband, 'yet she dyed aged,' but by her affidavit of 1609 she was less than sixty years of age and it is probable that her ' great & continuall labours, with others crosses, and sorrows, hastened it (t. a. old age) before y* time.'[25]

- Mary Brewster (ca. 1569 – April 17, 1627) was a Pilgrim and one of the women on the Mayflower. She was the wife of Elder William Brewster and the mother of six of his children (one of whom died in infancy and another of whom, Wrestling Brewster, never married). She is an ancestor of possibly millions of people living in America today.
- Mary married John Simkinson and had two children. He died shortly, leaving Mary a widow. The widowed Mary later married a man named William Brewster in 1589. They had six children; Jonathan, Patience Prence, Fear Allerton, Love, and unnamed child(she died too early to be given a name), and Wrestling. They lived as a family in Holland until Mary and William decided to leave, and find a place of peace with other members of their church. Love and Wrestling were the only two children who went with Mary and William on the voyage(a good 31 years after their marriage). The other children followed on other ships. Mary was 51 when the voyage began. Mary was one of the only four women to survive the first winter. She survived long enough to cook the first thanksgiving.
- Mary’s husband was the patriarch for the pilgrims. He was their Ruling Elder from 1609 to 1644(the year he died). In fact, his gravestone reads: “In Memoriam Elder William Brewster Patriarch of the Pilgrims And Their Ruling Elder 1609-1644 Outstanding Leader of Pilgrim Movement…”
- There is a lot of speculation over Mary Brewster's maiden name. She is believed to have been born in Scrooby, England, and to have married Brewster about 1591. Her name is often given as Mary Love Wentworth, Mary Love Brewster, Mary Love, Mary (Mayflower) Brewster, or Mary Wyrral. She was the daughter of Thomas Wentworth and Alice Gascoigne.

There are many theories about the surname of Mary, wife of William Brewster, but apparently without acceptable genealogical verification.
She was one of only five adult women from the Mayflower to survive the first winter in the New World, and one of only four such to survive to the "first Thanksgiving" in 1621, which she helped cook.

We know that Mary was born about 1569 because she stated she was 40 years old in an affidavit filed in Leiden, Holland on 25 June 1609. She was presumably from the vicinity of Doncaster, Yorkshire or Scrooby, Nottinghamshire, as she married William Brewster in that area about 1592 and had their first son Jonathan in Scrooby a year later. She next had a daughter Patience, born about 1600 or somewhat earlier. About 1606, the church congregation began more formally meeting at the Scrooby manor, where she and husband William resided. About this time, pressure from the English authorities was mounting, and the meetings became more and more secretive. She gave birth to another daughter at this time, which they named Fear. The couple fled just over a year later for Holland with the other members of the congregation, and in Leiden they buried an unnamed child: presumably one that had died in infancy. In 1611, she gave birth to a son they named Love, and two or three years later gave birth to their last son, whom they named Wrestling.
Mary died in 1627 at Plymouth, having reached about the age of 60. Husband William survived her, and would live another 17 years before he died.
Mary Brewster (c. 1568 - April 17, 1627) was a pilgrim and one of the women on the Mayflower. She was the wife of Elder William Brewster and the mother of six of his children (one of whom died in infancy and one, Wrestling Brewster, never married). She is an ancestor of possibly millions of people living in America today. There is a lot of speculation over Mary Brewster's maiden name. She is believed to have been born in Scrooby, England, and to have married Brewster circa 1591. Her name is often given as Mary Love Wentworth, Mary Love Brewster, Mary Love, Mary (Mayflower) Brewster, or Mary Wyrral. It has been speculated that she was the daughter of Edward Love and Alice Pope or perhaps Thomas Wentworth and Alice Gascoigne, but there is no compelling evidence for either assumption.
