A socialite and children's clothing designer, she is the wife of Pavlos, Crown Prince of Greece. As a daughter of Robert Warren Miller, she is one of the Miller Sisters.

In 2000, she launched her own line of children's clothing and accessories under the name, "Marie Chantal LLC". The clothes are sold at boutiques in London, Athens, New York and Los Angeles, online at Marie-Chantal and at department stores in the United States, London and Greece.

She has also illustrated the first book in a planned series of classical fairytales; "The Frog Prince".
