About Luis Protacio Torres
Luis Protacio Torres was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He was the 58th Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines from August 20, 1949 to April 1, 1950. He later served as Mayor of Baguio City from April 11, 1950 to February 15, 1951.
