He states that he married a second time to María Rafaela de Ayala, legitimate daughter of Pedro de Ayala and María Guadalupe de la Garza, and that their children are José Felipe, José Fernando, María Manuela, José Tomas, José Francisco, María Magdalena, and María Gertrudis.
