About JUDr. Erik Kolár
Received his doctorate in law from Charles University in Prague on 26 June 1929.
Briefly imprisoned in Theresienstadt in 1945.
After the war worked in theater. He wrote the screenplay for Distant Journey (1949), the first Czech movie about the Holocaust. He became an expert in puppetry and is in UNIMA's list of Members of Honor.
