Philomena Rezacova was born on January 3, 1865 in Poleň, West Bohemia, Czech Republic, Austria. Her parents were Matěj Řezáč and Marie Marešová.

She came to America in 1883 at the age of 18.

Philomena married Frank Marks on January 25, 1886. Together they had the following children:
Frank Henry Marks.

Philomena married Václav "James" Vetrovec on October 7, 1893 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, United States.

Philomena and DNA White had the following children:
Jaraslar "Jerry" John Vetrovec.

She died on April 6, 1923 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois, United States, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, United States and was buried in 1923 in Calumet City, Cook, Illinois, United States, Calumet City, Cook County, Illinois, United States.
