Elizabeth, parents unknown, was born Bef 1676, and died between 21 Jun 1717 (date will written) and 2 Mar 1726 (date will probated) in Richmond County, Virginia.

She married first to Henry Clarke of disputed parentage. He was born Bef 1649 and died before 3 Oct 1700, North Farnham Parish, Richmond County, Virginia, when his estate was probated.

The four children of Elizabeth and Henry Clarke named in her will were William, Henry, Alexander and Elizabeth.

Her second husband was Richard Jesper, his third wife. He was born abt 1637 and died before 3 March 1703 in North Farnham Parish, Richmond County, Virginia, when his estate was probated.
