Cecily Farrar was the Youngest Child of Col Wm Farrar II and wife Mary Baugh. Placed in guardianship of her sister Martha on death of her father. Martha was apparently married at the time of the order by the Orphan's court as it was not the custom or law at the time of placing a child in even the guardianship of her mother unless her mother could prove she had the means to support the child.
