According to John Osborne Austin's Genealogical Dictionary of Rhode Island, there were 2 Caleb Carrs, who were contemporaries and both lived in Jamestown.
The other Caleb Carr [this one] was the son of Robert Carr of Newport. He died in 1690 and married Phillipa Greene, daughter of John & Anne (Almy) Greene.
After Caleb's death, Phillippa married someone by the name of Dickinson.
Caleb and Phillippa had the following children:

The will of Caleb Carr was dated at Jamestown 27 Jan 1688 and proved at Newport 3 March 1690. It provides for wife Phillip; eldest son Caleb; sons William, robert and Job; daughters Mary Carr and Phillip Carr, who were not yet eighteen; cousin Nicholas Carr; father Major John Greene; and bother-in-law Peter Greene. His wife was appointed executrix.
