OBITUARY: Houston Chronicle, Monday, 22 March 2004: Billie Weatherford Parker BILLIE WEATHERFORD PARKER, 76, passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2004. Billie was born on July 24, 1927 in Elkhart, Texas to Benjamin Franklin Weatherford and Mollie Pauline Langham Weatherford. She retired from West Gulf Maritime Association after 20+ years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Neil Parker. Billie is survived by her daughter, Susan Rollo; grandson, Grady Rollo; great grandson, Ethan Rollo; and sister, Joyce Redeker. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 22, 2004 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Heights Funeral Home, 1317 Heights Boulevard. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Elkhart, Texas.
