About Bernabé de Guzmán
Bernabé de Guzmán was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the fifth district of Pangasinan at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from October 16, 1916 to June 3, 1919. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the same district in 1934.
