MEMORIAL PHOTOS 2 FLOWERS 2 Funeral services for Arwena Lively 89, of Grapeland, will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 30th, at Grapeland Baptist Church, with Rev. Delmar White and Rev. Bill Gernenz officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster. Mrs. Lively went to be with her Savior Saturday at Cartmell Home for the Aged. She was born March 20, 1924 in Grapeland to Elwin and Lela Guice Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Grapeland Baptist Church.

Mrs. Lively was preceded in death by her parents, husband Louie Thomas Lively and brother Harold Smith. She is survived by her sister Betty Grigsby and husband Buel of Elkhart, also niece Becky Rutledge and nephews Brent Grigsby and Brian Grigsby. Mrs. Lively loved the Lord and her church. She loved WMU and worked deligently for it. She loved animals and took in strays that needed a home. She took pride in her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Richard Rutledge, Brian Grigsby, Ken Bogue, Brent Grigsby, Bill Chavis and Bobby Stovall. Condolence calls will be received from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Bailey & Foster Chapel Grapeland.
