Anne Wotton married Robert Rudstone, Esq., Burgess of Steyning, Justice of the Peace for Kent, son of Sir John Rudstone, Lord Mayor of London and Ursula Dymoke, before 1549; They had 2 sons (Belknap, Gent., & Isaac, Gent.) and 2 daughters (Ursula, wife of Sir Martin Barnholm; & Emma, wife of Sir Martin Hildyard).[3]

Anne Wotton died after 1551.[4]
