Alice Agnes "Alee" (Owens) Harrell

It is not known who the parents of Alice MNU Harrell Owens are; however, we do know that she married

1. Ezekial Harrell (d. 1764)
2. Unknown spouse of Alice MNU Harrell Owens

She had the following children as indicated with Ezekial Harrell in the will of her only son, Israel Hardy Harrell in 1783:

1. Israel Hardy Harrell
2. Delilah Harrell Owens
3. Keziah Harrell Roberts
4. Patience Harrell Johnson
5. Grace Pierce Harrell
6. Edith Harrell

At the death of her son, Israel Hardy Harrell in 1783, Alice was noted as Alice Owens. By that time she had married "Unknown spouse of Alice." Both the wills of Ezekial and Israel were probated in Bertie County, NC.

Alice "MNU" Harrell Owens is named in her son Israel Hardy Harrell's will in 1783. Israel died with no spouse or children. By the time of Israel's death, it appears that mother Alice was married to "Unknown" Owens. Israel Hardy Harrell's will:

Alice died after 1783 when Israel's will was probated. It is believed that she moved to Marion County, South Carolina with daughter Keziah and son-in-law Roger Roberts. Other sisters may have moved to the area and integrated into the community. More research is needed. SFG

Delilah is also listed as a child of Philemon's however, her birthdate doesn't fit the timeline. Perhaps she married one of her stepfather's relatives.
