7 February 1508-09: Bond by Alexander Innes of that ilk to James Stewart, portioner of Baddynspink, (who has infeft granter in lands of Sandlaw and has renounced in his favour lands of Portartoun, and in return granter has entered said James as heir of deceased Alexander Stewart, his father, in lands of Baddynspink, with half lands of Cromby and half mill of the same in special warrandice), never to impede said James's peaceable possession of part of Baddynspink in which he is now infeft; penalty is given as 300 merks scots to to be paid in parish church of Fordice.
