Agnes Rockwood

Agnes Lovell was born circa 1598 in England. She died on 9 July 1643 in Braintree, Massachusetts, and was probably buried with her second husband in the old burial yard at Briantree (now Quincy) or on the Rockwood farm.

• She emigrated from England, leaving 20 March 1634/35; On Hotten's list of the Reverend Hull Company, "Agnes Bicknell his (Zachary's) wife aged 27 yeare."
• "William Reade, haveing bought the house and 20 acres of land at Weymouth, unfenced, for S7, 13s, 4d, which was Zachary Bicknell's (after Bicknell's death), of Richard Rocket & his wife (Zachary's widow - rbs), is to have the same sale confirmed by the child when hee cometh to age, or else the child to alow all such costs as the Court shall thinke meet."
