A pioneer ancestor, Abraham immigrated before 1718. He lived in what was then known as Conestoga Township Chester County but is now known as Earl Township Lancaster County. He signed a road petition in 1726,

  • Find a grave also has Elizabeth Eby (Meyer) as his daughter but a marriage record lists her father as Hans Meyer.
  • Christian Meyer and Jacob Meyer by "Meyers Families"

Abraham's parents were also pioneer ancestors; Hans Mier Sr and his wife Anna Brubaker. His siblings were Hans Konret Mier married to Anna Lichti of Conestoga Twp., Jacob Myer of Conestoga Twp., John Meyer married to Mary Lenhardy of Lancaster Twp., Annali Moyer married to John Jacob Kendig of Conestoga Twp., and Mary Moyer married to John Shank of Lancaster Twp.

Abraham grandparents were Hans Myer born about 1621 who married Anna Bauman in about 1645. Abraham's great-grandparents were Baschi Meyer born about 1595 in Lucerne Switzerland and Otilla 'Tylli' Muller born about 1600. Tylli was imprisoned for her Mennonite faith.
