2nd wife of Charles Glover

Elizabeth, wife of Charles Glover, died in 1647. Charles re-married, divorced in 1649, and his second wife died soon afterwards. Charles then married, for his third wife, the widow Esther Sanders, on 12 Feb 1650-1.

Charles Glover married 2?)"Cutchogue - Southold's First Colony", p 17, AncestryImage reports "Glover, a veteran of Cromwell's army, was divorced by his second wife on grounds of cruelty at a time when it was legal to beat a woman with a stick no larger than a man's wrist."

Or does this refer to his first wife? Or his third?
