Birth

William Stretton, butcher of Eastcheap probably married this person between 1609 and 1612. She' was probably born c. 1591 in London, England. There is no evidence to suggest her name was Elizabeth.

She married William Stratton (1585-1647) , as his first wife c. 1612 in London, England.

1. Sarah Stratton born 1613. She married Isaac Pickering.
2. John Stratton born in 1614 & died in 1614.
3. Rebecca Stratton 1 born 1615 & died in 1620.
4. William Stratton Jr. baptized on 6 March 1618. He married 3 times: Sarah Wyatt on 27 December 1742, Susana Unknown c. 1648, and Anne Waldegrave in 1663. William died in 1645 in Tenterden, Kent, England.
5. Richard Stratton baptized on 30 November 1619.
6. John Stratton baptized on 14 August 1621.
7. Benjamin Stratton, twin, baptized on 10 March 1625. He died in London in 1662. No children.
8. Joseph Stratton, twin, baptized on 10 March 1625.
9. Bartholomew Stratton baptized on 12 January 1628. He settled in Massachusetts c. 1658.
10. Elizabeth Stratton born on 29 October 1631 in London, London, England. She married Thomas Couch.
11. Caleb Stratton baptized on 10 June 1631. He settled in Boston, Massachusetts about 1660.
12. Samuel Stratton baptized 23 July 1633. He married Rebecca Graves, daughter of William. His will was made on 6 February 1690 and it left everything to his widowed mother.

Death

She died on 12 June 1635 in London, England at the age of about 44.

William Stratton remarried 29 Oct 1635 in Cranbrooke, Kent, England to Margaret Haffenden as her second husband. She was John Wyatt’s widow.
