Lucia Fernandes Motta is a private profile - only a member of her Family Group or her herself (not curators, who deal with PUBLIC profiles only) can help this I believe. Others may have tech tricks for you.

The merge looks good to me if you can go ahead and complete it. Then fix the "grandaddy" name (1472?? that would be a 20th gg father, wouldn't it?) at "data resolve"

On the Baker line I'd need to link to assign myself or beg off. :) I ping for cousin hood. :>
Joan (Hurst) Tilley, "Mayflower" Passenger
Edward Tilley was not a husband of Joan Hurst Tilley. He was her brother-in-law. Her husband was John Tilley. Please remove Edward. Thanks.
@Erica Isabel Howton
Ok, Erica, but since I'm allowed to administrate her profile (and even login by her) and I couldn't split the trees, I guess I have to make her profile public but I couldn't find where to change it.
But now I have another astonishing issue:
I logged in on Geni right now and MY ENTIRE TREE HAS VANISHED AWAY!
(I'm trying hard not getting in dispair...)

This Joan Hurst Tilley , Mayflower passenger, should be the mother, not the daughter. The mother was not married to Edward Hawkins.
Guys, I have just post the following message here about a merge in error profile (Lucia Motta) and my post desappears!

So, you can't help me with a merge in error, my tree desappears and now my help message also.
Ok, that's enough for me! I'm gonna jump off Geni and invited all my family to do the same. I wonder if I had spent my money on it and not only my time things would work different...
I'm in tears here, I do not deserve it... I have started our tree and all my family followed me... I'm really ashamed with them...
Bye.
James Butler, 9th Baron Dunboyne
This James Butler and wife Eleanor Reagh were not the parents of James Butler, 9th Earl of Ormonde. His parents were Piers Butler, 8th Earl of Ormonde and Lady Margaret Fitzgerald. Please disconnect the incorrect parents. Thanks.
He's actually related to me two ways Mary Kathleen, the second way through marriage. And as you know I am also related to the le Boteler family as a direct descendant. I assume it's just coincidence as many of the Butler / Boteler / le Boteler families were NOT related, it being a name derived from a role.
I have you to thanks for getting me interested in the Butlers / le Botelers.
Thanks for fixing the Tilleys who are my direct ancestors! You are so good natured about the many times you have to fix the Mayflower profiles. I wish that when people saw a curated, historical profile that they were going to merge with or alter, that they contacted the curator for assistance first.

I am truly sorry for your distress and am very sorry that I was unable to help. I did look, another curator (Jason Willis) did look, but it seems that your difficulty needs the assistance of Geni programmers - not user / volunteers such as curators. Mike Stangel is taking a look and hopefully will be able to do some tech magic to sort you out.
Just as a reminder to everyone, this is how curators can help, and ways we can't (but others and perhaps Geni can, on other discussions) ....
1. Curators are Geni users and pretty much ... just like everyone else here.
2. How are we special then?
a. We have PRO tools (you can buy them too!) That means we can disconnect erroneous relationships (Geni-divorces and disinheritances). Sometimes they just creep in through the merge process, no one's fault, and needs correcting. That's one of the main purposes of this discussion in fact.
b. To help that, precisely defining what needs to be done is really helpful -- see the way Mary Arnold and Carole Pomeroy request assistance? They do the research to validate the request, post a link to the profile that needs fixing, and precisely identify what needs to be done to sort it out: e.g., disconnect Thomas from wrong parents Ann & Robert, should be right parents Elizabeth & Thomas.
c. Sometimes the incorrect relationships are a result of lack of response to merge requests. That's another way curators can help, as we have the ability to edit together (merge) any pair of PUBLIC ONLY profiles and in the "historic," multi manager tree (basically before 1850). This right can also be done by "collaborating" with the other managers on a profile ... or with one of *their* collaborators.
d. In fact anyone can become a "mini curator." Do you know how? By use of Projects. Public Profiles added to a Project (Options menu to do so) can be edited, including merged, by the Project collaborators. So we encourage use of this tool. (It's also great training in "curatorship").
What we cannot do is fix private profiles or basically anyone living. That requires being a member of the Family Group. It's part of the Geni privacy definition.
So if you're having a technical issue with a private profile, tree drawing, viewing, etc., please post your request for assistance on a "different" discussion. Often Geni users have "tricks and hints" to offer to help figure it out and get it fixed, and Geni staff does monitor these discussions and are enormously helpful.
Hope this post clarified curator abilities a bit for you all.
