The Robert Campbells seem to not be matches--one is in a private profile zone (Lorna Allen Toti's tree).
Someone has merged two Robert Campbells (both with fathers named Archibald) together from 300 years apart--this is a terrible mess. We need to get Alaistair Honeybun involved to extricate Donald and family from this.
Here is the source of the problem, I believe.
January 31, 2011 7:32 PM Robert Campbell was merged into Robert Campbell by Marion Barbara Panther.
This must have been an overzealous hotmatcher.
It needs to be fixed and no more merging in this area, please!
To be clear, this is the profile with the bad merge: Robert Campbell
Two people are merged together who are not the same. I wrote to Alastair Honeybun and asked him to look into it. One family is a 20th century family from New Zealand, and one a 17th century family in Scotland.
Could someone please remove Mary Russell as a wife of John Russell (twin)
I don't know how she got hooked to John Russell.
Thanks!
Looking for advice, not someone to do it.
When you run into a merge where there are matches but one parent is wrong. Is it best to say they are different or go ahead with the merge and someone can remove the bad parent later. Here is one example. Not the best but sometimes children, siblings and dates all match.

Is there any way that someone could make this profile public Percival Buck
The manager hasn't been online since 2008 and I need to add him to my tree. He is my great uncle.
Thanks!
Hi can someone fix this zombie for me
John Bellshire. It is under control of someone who hasn't been on since December 19, 2008 and there are a few of us working on the line
thanks
Richard / curators:
Please can we get a curator to merge:
http://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000011361368046?to=6000000002...
That will make the John Bellshire profile available to all my collaborators - including Richard.
Borttages, tack Remove, please
This is a fake profile I created to solve a problem with wrong parents being assigned to a profile and not being removable because this would have splitted the tree. "She" doesn't exist and neither does the connection between "her" two partners so I would greatly appreciate it if a curator could remove "her" from the tree alltogether.
Thank you very much.
