2nd REQUEST
Curators - I need someone's assistance PLEASE. I have some how made a daughter and all of her family out of a sister (her profile is in BOTH locations). see: Sientje Polak (Wolff). I see the problem, but cannot figure out how to move the correct people into their correct location. Can someone either execute the corrections or explain to me how to do them and I will get it done.
Much thanks in advance
Richard (Rick) Gary Simon - your request was done shortly after you posted the request ... see details here: http://www.geni.com/discussions/80793?msg=961922
Lois - these are living notables. They will show to everyone as private / living until the workflow is completed.
It's a little cumbersome but is going appropriately.
- Andrew as manager made the tree branch.
- Dan as curator used an item that's on our actions menu: "I want to make this profile a Master Profile."
- a message routes to the profile manager (s) to
Accept / reject.
- once accepter the profile will show as public / master profile / living, and then can be added to relevant projects.
Erica -- Think you are responding to my comment in a different Discussion Thread -- specifically - think you are responding to: http://www.geni.com/discussions/83475?msg=962841
-- See Dan's response there in comment after mine.

I removed spouse and noticed you disconnected the parents..
Is everything ok now.
Yes, everything's fine now. Thanks Angus Wood-Salomon
Still don't understand why I wasn't able to disconnect the 2 spouses myself. They didn't share any children. So what would've split the tree?
re: removing 'extra' parents. To state what Bjørn said in different words:
When you are unable to select the correct parents from Tree View (i.e.: you get the 'split the tree' message), then you need to "Edit" the profile. From the Relationship Tab you can then select the INCORRECT parents and click the Remove button. (You can then 'cancel' that Edit panel because the operation happens as soon as you click Remove -- nothing to 'save' at that point.)
When you select the incorrect parents you may see a warning message/color about splitting the tree, but you can ignore it once you are sure that is what you want to do.
Reminder: You can "Edit" a profile from either the Full Profile View or from the Tree View (using the small word 'Edit' on the tree-view box of that profile).

It says in http://wiki.geni.com/index.php/GEDCOM_Export that:
<< You may also export a GEDCOM from any profile in your Tree by selecting 'Export GEDCOM' on the profile page. >>
I cannot find any 'Export GEDCOM' button on any profile page. Can someone tell me how I can export someone else's tree?
I'm trying to export a distant relative's tree. If I do it from my account, her tree doesn't get into the export because of the 5000 profiles limit. If I do it from her account, I get only a small subset of the tree because of the 4-times-profiles-added limit.
Thanks, Oton Z
