help, yesterday and today my TREEVIEW does not work. If I try to see that page I only get a yellow page, but no profiles. Do others have this problem too?

I haven't checked tree view so can't say, but I can make 2 suggestions for trouble shooting:

1. Clear the browser cache
2. Check in a different browser

I see that Enrique Iglesias profile is private, but as he is a international known artist and is the father of Enrique etc. shouldn't he have a master profile?

I've sent the manager a request to make Julio Iglesias a Master Profile. It's a new implementation so getting them spotted & done - probably better in that "my profile is good enough to be a Master Profile" discussion - is needed by all. Thanks, David.

I would do more work on Julio Inglesias, but I am not familiar with Spanish naming conventions.

Michael, if you just add them first as "Partner, then edit them and their relationships, from their profiles... edit and not over the tree... you can adjust things. ;-) Just got an iPad air 7A 128G myself, for my b-day! But I´ve been an iphone usere since generation I.

mine/ours is hyphenated, since we made a double name out of our two- first (Paternal) last- names.
This would be very similar to how our our children´s name would look, had we any... only, they would be without the hyphen.
Just, as an example.
Normally though, I would be Theresa Tossas Cox de Delgado
and he would be Ralph Delgado Domenech de Tossas so to speak...
our children would then carry Delgado Tossas.

It was created by a cousin of my Husband! (just found a new collaborator! heehee!)
The researcher and tool creator´s mother´s names is Quinones Alamo... my Husband´s Grandfather is Delgado Alamo and my husband also, has Acevedo Quinones :-)

This profile: Abraham Marion Coombs is a private deceased historical profile. It's been abandoned. Geni is unable to find a replacement manager.

Would it be possible under these circumstances to make it public so that I can flesh it out, complete his family tree, and add him to the appropriate projects? It would be great if I don't have to create a duplicate in order to accomplish these goals.

I appreciate any help you can give.

It is an unconnected tree and the whole tree should probably just be deleted if they are duplicates.

There is no option to report as abandoned tree. If a "delete tree" is requested then I believe a ticket to Customer Support would need to be opened by a PRO member.

There was an option to report as abandoned earlier this evening. I punched that button, got the message that Geni was unable to find a replacement manager. I guess the option goes away once someone has tried to report it?

It's not yet a duplicate. I want to avoid duplicating it as we've all been emphatically informed on another thread recently that doing so is considered rude. Heaven forbid.

There is a click-once Abandoned Tree option in the actions menu of users who have not logged in for 9 months. The action looks for an active user within the family group and add him/her as a manager for the profiles if found.
I don't know the criteria for getting that option available again on a user profile where someone have executed that command, but I assume you get it again if there are any changes in the nearby family lines which might find an active user the next time.

Don't be afraid of using that option on user profiles - they will not be removed as profile managers and loosing the profiles, - you only get an extra manager which might be active enough to accept collaboration to give you access.

Got a problemof my own: has anyone seen todd donaldson todd donaldson lately? I can't find a record of any activity from him since Dec 6 2013. Tried contacting him, no response. He's "sitting on" several pending Waters-Donaldson merges that are inconveniencing me, Trudy Lee Webb.and apparently David Lee Kaleita as well.
