I believe someone, has merged two legitimate independent profiles (first cousins) for Josiah Davisson in error and the relationship tab appears to be disabled so I am not sure how to fix this. Can you please help?

or any Curator - Help Please

My system is now reporting a "Data Conflict" as a result of a merge I believe you completed on this Andrew Davisson earlier today.

When I select the option "View Tree" I am presented with two Josiah Davisson profiles with dates 1692-1759 and 1767-1845, these cannot be the same person. The offspring too have similar date discrepancies although they have similar names.

Can you please reverse the merge before someone else makes another change.

There was a Data conflict that I have removed for you.

There is no reason to undo the merge. I am going to remove the incorrect parent and that will get rid of the error that you are seeing.

Fixing one tree by destroying another is the usual result by just cutting.

Just make sure that the "incorrect" parents will not be missing a child and probably grandchildren, in-laws and so on. There is always a reason for getting multiple parents, - usually because of a bad merge, so the merged-in profile might have to be re-added and spouses and children belonging to this person is reconnected.

I need help regarding profile
Katarzyna Jażdżewska.
Originally this profle was assigned to wrong parents. After merge with correct duplicate there are 2 sets of parents. I cannot assign parents because of "tree split warning".
Please remove following incorrect parents:
Krzysztof Jarząbek (1756 - 1821) & Katarzyna Jarząbek (1771 - 1831)

The correct relationships are:
Parents: Jan Jarząbek (b. - 1810) & Marianna Jarząbek (b. - 1812)
Husband: Mikołaj Jażdżewski (1770 - 1826)

Private I took a quick look at your tree. You need to do the proper capitalization's and enter dates and places that you for everyone.
I also sent you a request to collaborate and you have several merge issues.

@Barbara Wolf, I think you need to collaborate (in Geni) with your daughter Linda Ann Wolf, so that you could solve the duplicate entries and merge them. At the moment you and your daughter have two separate trees and duplicate entries.

It's been so long.Linda doesn't know how to log on. Should she just open a new account or will they help her get her original one back? We were put on Geni by Jay Cohen, my second cousin.

Are any curators able to help me with 2 things -

My cousin's husbands uncle's profile for some reason has the wrong name. It was a claimed profile but the person has not been on in forever. His name is actually Kenneth. If possible could you also add me as a manager to his and surrounding profiles that were part of the abandoned tree that got shifted to Craig.
