@clarence lewis mcdearmon jr. my first cousin found that his geni account was being updated in a language other than english and trying to correct that, he canceled his account. he is still on my tree, but i can't restore his email, and he cannot access my tree. can you restore him?

My young nephew (Moshe Ritz) joined Geni several years ago and inadvertently made duplicates of his family. Now he can not remember how he logged on.

Can someone be kind enough to merge the following profiles (they are all my nieces and nephews)?
Dovid Ritz, Faiga Ritz, Moshe Ritz, Yehuda Ritz, Shayna Ritz, Aviva Ritz, Edna Ritz, and Dan Ritz. Also Ned Barlas, and Beth Barlas.

Mark Harold Melmed -- this is an issue that Customer Service can deal with. If you ask them to connect the ORIGINAL Moshe Ritz profile into your tree as your nephew (tell them clearly which profile to connect it to, giving them the URL -- link -- involved), then all the other profiles should become part of your "Family Group" and you should be able to do the merges yourself.

p.s.: They can also reset your nephews account, if he wishes to continue helping with building the family tree. They will need the current email he is using (do NOT post it here ... just in Private Messages with Customer Service.)

Says he's born 1491, died 1513. But his father George is born 1508? Think there is confusion with all the George Seton's and the difference between Lords I, II, and III.... and the 1st 2nd and 3rd of the name George Seton. And this is a master profile and locked. This area needs someone that knows it good, and to be fixed to prevent confusion before it gets any worse.

This can help! It starts out starts out with George Seton 4th Lord Seton and 2nd of the name George, so there is only 1 George before him George Seton 3rd lord Seton and first of the name George.

William 1st Lord, John 2nd Lord, 1st George 3rd Lord, 2nd George 4th Lord, 3rd George 5th Lord, 4th George 6th Lord, 5th George 7th Lord, Robert 8th Lord Seton and 1st Earl of Winton.

I think all the wives are on that chart too, just to prevent confusion of this happening again. I see a lot of charts that will say George 1st, which means George the first of all the Georges I reckon, because William, Alan Winton's son is the 1st Lord Seton.

Just had a look and what you have is way better, Just the George Seton 1st Lord is actually George Seton 3rd Lord and 1st of the name George according to http://www2.thesetonfamily.com:8080/directory/Descents/lords_seton_...

Not sure if Mr. Seton is right either-lol But got to have something to go by and then tweak it... if any further information comes available. I just know that... It is better than it was and if we don't keep it close with all those George's then its going to be a mess. Once all the Wives are placed it will be easier for people to see which George is which.
