No we do not know who Jacob Frye's parents were. Many people think it was this Michael and Ruth but no evidence of them being the parents have been found. If you check birth date of Jacob and of Ruth is one evidence she can't be his mother. There is no evidence in Michael and Ruth's history that links them to our Jacob.
