I am new to this site and I am having a problem. One of my entries has been listed as a duplicate and the tree has been isolated. When I checked it says that the duplicate of John Brent is the profile of his mother. Since I have no information on his mother this profile is empty. I have tried to tell the system that they are two different profiles but to no effect. In an attempt to get rid of one profile I tried to merge them and was told it could not be done because the profiles are different,which they are,one is even empty. How can I resolve this problem?
