I can only say that in Vol. 2, p. 426, 14.1, Jacobi posits that Miriam, who was Rav Avraham Chaim's spouse's niece, married her aunt's husband after the latter died. Jacobi also adds that the provenance of this information is not fully confirmed. That is, Jacobi saw some evidence of this but is not 100% confident of its reliability. I do not have this volume in my possessions and did not make a copy of the relevant portions when I reviewed these pages. I did not record Jacobi's source for the information. Someone in possession of the volume would have to check that.
