Hi Joseph, would you have any additional information? Perhaps Hulda’s birthday or a village/city name in Finland?
It is possible that Laukka could also be Laukain/Laukkanen in old records.

Do you have access to Ancestry.com (I currently do not have access to open the files)? There is an immigration record and a marriage record for a Hulda Augusta Blomquist matching the time era. It is possible that the record has the parents names, date of birth and place of origin. If we know the place of origin it will be easier to look through the digitized online census records in Finland to look for Hulda’s siblings.

According to church records Hulda's mother was Anna Blomqvist and she was born out of wedlock. The date does match so I assume the information is correct.

I found Hulda from a passenger list as well that states her mother was Anna Blomqvist and that she was from Kristiinankaupunki (Kristinestad in Swedish)

Hulda Augusta was born in Kristiinankaupunki 12 Apr 1885, father unknown, mother sailor's daugther Anna Blomqvist.

According to the census records Anna Blomqvist had several children, all out-of-wedlock:

According to Ellis Island passenger records (https://heritage.statueofliberty.org/passenger) Hulda Augusta Blomquist arrived in New York November 6th, 1917, and sister Anni Maria Blomquist September 16th, 1911.
Sister Bertha Irene is not in the records, so she maybe stayed in Finland.

According to the Kristiinankaupunki census records Anna Kristina Blomqvist was born on October 1, 1865, daughter of sailor Johan Blomqvist, b August 12, 1820, d. January 22, 1894, and Anna Stina Carlsdotter Fröberg, b. February 5, 1823 (in Närpes), d. September 9, 1893.
Anna Kristina Blomqvist also had a son Albert Stefan b. October 20, 1892, d. December 20, 1892.
