According to Douglas Richardson (Royal Ancestry, Vol. II p. 129-133) Anne's parents are:
13. JOHN CHAUNCY, Esq., of Pishobury (in Sawbridgeworth) and Gilston, Hertfordshire, son and heir, born about 1408 (aged 40 in 1448). He married ANNE LEVENTHORPE, daughter of John Leventhorpe, Esq., of Shinglehall (in Sawbridgeworth), Hertfordshire, Receiver-General of the Duchy of Lancaster, executor of the wills of Kings Henry IV and Henry V, by Katherine, daughter and heiress of William de Riley. They had two sons, including John, Gent., and six daughters. His wife, Anne, died 2 Dec. 1477. JOHN CHAUNCY, Esq., died testate 27 April 1479. He and his wife, Anne, were buried at Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire.
