It is obvious that these are different families.

I have created a new profile for the Edmond who remained in the UK - Edmund Ashworth, {UK}

The Australia ASHWORTH family now appears to be correct however the UK ASHWORTH family still have some issues.

Elizabeth was born in 1827 and married Thomas in 1850 yet she has 3 children born prior to the marriage
* at age 5 (1832 Hugh)
* at age 17 (1844 Thomas)
* at age 19 (1846 John)
and 1 child born 14 years after the others
* at age 47 (1874 Mary)

Looking at various English census these appear to be taken from Census where the father is Edmund ASHWORTH and the mother Elizabeth - but these are most likely different families than Edmund ASHWORTH and Elizabeth TETLOW.

I totally agree that Elisabeth Tetlow was not Edmunds wife. He would have been 14 years old when Hugh was born in 1832, She then had Thomas and John in England 1844 and 1846, travelled to Australia then went back to England before 1857 to have another eight children in England. really pleased you have changed Edmunds profile.
