Sir Robert Palmer, II - Title "Sir"

Shaw's "Knights" has no Robert Palmer. However, he is early enough that he might have been overlooked, or omitted because no information could be found as to when, where or by whom he was knighted (Shaw left off some unquestionable knights - including the infamous Sir Thomas Malory of Newbold Revel - for lack of such information).
