Skordas records the transportation of Francis Watts to Maryland in 1651. It is apparently a different Francis Watts who lived in Virginia. This profiles seems to follow the write-up in Find-a-Grave, which conflates the two Francis Watts. I'm working on WikiTree to distiguish them. Jack Day
