Apparently problematic & a matter of opinion.

- wikipedia has, it his parents should be Sir John Graham of Dundaff & Abercorn and his wife Marjory Halliday.

- Geni’s curator note: Though some sources say that Patrick Graham was the father of John Graham, Earl of Menteith, others disagree, and the chronology is problematic.

wiki is NOT proof
- anyone can enter anything on that site

Here’s the wikipedia article on his suggested father:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_de_Graham

Cites “Debrett, John, "Debrett's Peerage, Baronetage, Knightage, and Companionage, Volume 2"; Kelly's Directories, 1822.

https://www.heraldscotland.com/news/13034590.tomb-of-wallaces-fines...

“Born in Dundaff, Ayrshire in the late 13th century, Sir John was referenced as Schir Jhon the Grayme by 15th-century poet Blind Harry. Wallace’s lament at his death is considered one of the best parts of his poem.“

Annabella of Strathearn Died 1263 (supposedly) and Sir Patrick Graham of Kincardine in battle 1296.

I do not see how John de Graham, 9th Earl of Menteith MP
Gender: Male
Birth: 1300
Strathblane, Lanarkshire, Scotland
Death: February 28, 1347 (46-47) could have been their child.

Disconnected.

The birth and death dates suggested for Annabella of Strathearn are misleading. In my opinion they should be removed and not replaced. If it is possible the fields should be locked in order to prevent the same or other equally misleading dates being entered again.

As things stand at present she is said to have died in 1263 but it seems clear that she is the same person as: "Anable qe su la femme Patrick de Graham (del Counte de Perth)" who swore fealty to King Edward I of England on 28 August 1296.

Updated Annabella’s vitals.
