Harvey Cluff was also the mission president for the Sandwich Islands (Hawaii) and lived with his family in the community of Iosepa in Skull Valley Utah located near Dugway, Utah, for sixteen years. This was the community that was raised by converts from Hawaii who were made to live in the most desolate places in the United States. He raised his family there. My great-grandmother; DeLilly Cluff Alexander lived in Iosepa from the time she was three to the time she was sixteen. DeLilly Cluff and my mother DeLilly were named after the Queen of Hawaii; Queen Liliuokalani.
