Ann GERMAINE aka Ann JARMY was born c1778 Norfolk, England
She was convicted and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She arrived in Sydney Cove on 9/7/1791.
NOTE: Many trees confuse Ann GERMAIN with Ann GORMAN
Refer: 1805/1806 Norfolk Island and NSW Musters
- Ann GORMAN arrived on "Marquis Cornwallis" and was living with Joseph FLOOD with 3 male children - possibly John, Joseph and Thomas.
- Ann GERMAIN/JERMAIN arrived on "Mary Ann" and was housekeeper to B THOMPSON with no children listed.
NSW BDM's have Ann GERMAINE and Joseph FLOOD as parents to John (born 24/9/1797 baptised 24/12/1797)
Edward FLOOD, politician, shows his parents as Joseph FLOOD and Ann GERMAINE
Ann died 2/3/1828
NOTE There is some information that Ann GERMAINE also had relationships with:
- 1792 Thomas TAMBLETON
- 1793 Samuel HOWELL
- 1796 Joseph FLOOD
- 1805 Bishop THOMPSON
- 1807 James HAGUE
Possibility is that these are relationships of Ann GORMAN rather than Ann GERMAINE so they haven't been added here
