https://www.geni.com/people/Robert-Cecil-1st-Earl-of-Salisbury- I understand, why his file was locked, please don't just dump him in "About Clean UP" - It will sit there forever------ ok for some profiles, but not Historical Important people- I think someone could spend a moment to write this interesting man's Profile, I would if it wasn't locked up. I did attempt. I clean up Profiles as I go through GENI, one at a time, we may get somewhere one day.
