Should his father not bee listed in his lineage? Sated on the note by Sharon

Parents : Adrian & Waldrada

Thanks for spotting that - it was a result of a Merge. I think I've 'unmerged' him back!

I didn't do a merge? Was it me that made that happen by following them both & I've never see the connectedbloodlines site before, still pretty new at figuring out all the bells and whistles

"seen"

Your welcome & Thanks Sharon Doubell

Mary Lynn Hannum I just seen that the Note - top said he had parents - and Googling came up with the same thing - that was the best link... I am just trying to place my lineage; the lineage of my daughter/son/grandson-in-law and great granddaughter's paternal line into my personal file along with my ancestry.... its becoming a viscous circle of a nightmare made in...

Mary I don't think you did a merge here?
Welcome to the site and yell if you need help 😊

No doubt! It gets eye boggling, also I suppose we are somehow related? Looks like Odo I, count of Orléans is my 35th great grandfather. :)

Erica Howton, Private User so in wikipedia he is depicted as son of Adrien, count of Orléans, and I think we should add him as his son despite of FGM: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odo_I,_Count_of_Orl%C3%A9ans

This is an interesting general argument / analytic discussion

But really need the details of the profile.

Erica Howton, yes we can stick to different strategies while building royal and noble genealogies: only absolutely documented accurate so in this way many lines of ancestry and descent will
not be added and included or let some interpretations by authors in their sources so we can add more lines, I think we should balance between these strategies, like it made for example in wikipedia :)

That needs a separate discussion.

Eudes "Odo", comte d'Orléans is your 31st great grandfather.
