Evrard I Radulf van Peteghem - Peteghem and Mortagne

The cities of Peteghem and Tournai are in Belgium (not that far).
Mortagne is also seen in France close to Tournai.
(Tournai in flemish is Doornick by the way)

To my mind, Mortagne is presently called "Mortagne-du-Nord", "from the North", to distinguish from the Famous Mortagne in Normandy. Therefore, the indication of birth should be: MORTAGNE, Nord, France
