According to Medlands, our generally trusted resource, Isabel and Robert de Brus had but 2 children: Robert 6th Lord of Annandale and Richard.
According to Wikipedia they had up to 6 children listed as:

Lady Constance Scot de Calverley
Sir Bernard Bruce
William Bruce
So, being on the generous side and accepting the Wikipedia claim that still leaves surplus children connected that should probably be detached if no reliable sources are forthcoming. These are:
