Please correct the mother for this profile: Susannah Merrill (Pratt)
Per Torrey's Supplemental Marriage Records, John Pratt Jr., was married to Hepzibah Sadd and in Hebzibah's will and probate records, she names Susanna Merrill as her daughter.
I have messaged the managers and started a discussion without a response. Thank you.
Hi Sheila Gordon (and others)
I think I got the snarl around Mark Dunbar of Durris and attached an (enormous) Dunbar chart:
http://www.geni.com/documents/view?doc_id=6000000038216075500
It can be tagged to more profiles as more of the tree is worked through. Hope this helped.
This profile: Elizabeth Bonham needs to be orphaned--at least temporarily--because her father is 300 years younger than she is.
Francisco João Jacob Coutinho, (Sr.) should be listed as the son of Sr. Joaquim Jacob Salvador Fernandes, (Secretário do Governo de Damão.) and Dª. Anna de Menezes e Fernandes according to his son's baptism certificate:

Can someone please help to resolve this issue, and if possible explain how it came about and if and how I can resolve such a thing should it arise again?
I think it was me who initiated this merge, after a second profile for the person had been created:
https://www.geni.com/merge/resolve/6000000010512189002
The problem is that it says it is waiting for approval by Rosemary Anne Merifield (the subject of the merge), but she is not on Geni and not the manager of the profile. Her sister-in-law, Teresa Anne Holland, cannot approve the merge either.
Angus Wood-Salomon Yes, I believe it is correct. The names were sourced from a published book by a reputable genealogist. I have evidence to suggest his paternal grandmother had the surname Coutinho and for some reason, his father gave his siblings the surname Coutinho rather than just Fernandes.
Thanks very much Angus Wood-Salomon for the advice and Erica Howton for the fix.
Now the only thing that is odd is that I had a photo attached to the profile I created, but it has disappeared... I thought they'd been merged but perhaps not, because I see that I'm not a manager of the profile now. (Teresa had deleted my profile, but I tried doing an un-delete... so perhaps it didn't quite complete the process.)
I think I'll need to I'll see if I can find it again and send it to Teresa. Will get it sorted one way or another!

I have restored the original parents of Francisco João Jacob Coutinho, (Sr.) after getting further information
This has been waiting quite a long time for merge approval, but @Margaret Isobel Brown hasn't as yet responded (and as you can see I can't seem to tag her).

Can a curator complete this merge, with the surname Van de Kaap only - birth and known as name?
Also, whilst I'm at it, this has been sitting in my merge centre for many months without resolution - I suspect he's no longer active on Geni (or perhaps imported data?):
http://www.geni.com/merge/resolve/6000000002724808659
As you can see, there's a dodgy date - can someone resolve this please?
I have uploaded documents to support the parentage of Francisco João Jacob Coutinho, (Sr.) in the sources tab of his profile. I have underlined the names of the parents in the document to make it more clear. Please check them and correct the parents if the evidence given is sufficient proof.
This profile has an incorrect merge: John Martin, of Piscataway combines Piscataway John with plymouth John (John Martin, of Plymouth) Please separate the bad merge so the correct profiles can merged instead.
