Her given dates make it impossible that she can be any sister of Robert THE Bruce. She's not any of his known daughters either, as none of them married any "Lord Thomas Compton". And there's no way whatsoever that she can be any daughter of Avicia de Clare (d. 1283).
She might be an undocumented illegitimate daughter - The Bruce was much given to the lasses-O.
