Aveline [possibly Princess of Scotland] (Saint Hillary) - Alexander & Sybil are reported to have been childless. Anyone have sources for these children on Geni?

Neither Medlands or Wikipedia show these two as Alexander and Sybil's children (There they are explicitly reported to have been childess), although they are presently on Geni as such; Mathilde de Coucy Aveline Ales de St-Hilaire.
Does anyone have sources to support keeping these profiles' position as their children on Geni?

Medlands records another son of Alexander - Malcolm, by an unknown mistress. Is it possible Aveline & Mathilde are also the daughters of an unknown mistress?

Found Mathilde's proper place - she's a de Coucy by birth, daughter of Thomas I de Marle de Coucy, wife of Guy d'Amiens.

No reliable source, ancient or modern, places Aveline in the house of Dunkeld. Most sources do not name any parents at all.

Medlands is the only source that explicitly states she was a widow (with possibly a son Richard) when she married James de St. Hilaire.

The St-Hilaires are also referred to as "de Harcouët" - which has been mistaken for HarcouRt in some sources. Medlands: Loyd indicates that this family originated in Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët in the present-day French département of Manche, arrondissement Mortain, canton Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët[1039].
